Laptop Lending Opens September 22

The laptop lending service in the Research Library reopened in its new first-floor location on Thursday, September 22. It’s located near the west end of the main east-west corridor. Students, faculty, and staff wanting to check out a laptop must have a valid BruinCard and a UCLA Logon ID.

Computers Added to Study Commons

A handful of computers have been added to the bank of public workstations in the study commons on the A level.  Please note that these are for short-term use only (fifteen-minute limit) if other users are waiting, and priority is given to UCLA students, faculty, and staff and to people accessing UCLA Library resources.

UCLA students, faculty, and staff who need a computer for a longer period, need to use instructional software applications, or want to access non-Library resources should check out a laptop; the laptop loan service desk is located in the reference reading room at the west end of the A level.
