James, try the library databases at:

http://www.library.ucla.edu
>>>search and find
>>>click on databases
>>>type in proquest
>>>select any of the prquest databases
>>>and at the top you will see “search” one database
>>>click on the down arrow
>>>and take the check you selected (it may not be the one you selected)
>>> and make a check mark on “Environmental Impact Statements: Digests (1985 – current)”
>>>and then click “use selected databases at the bottom
>>>now do your search terms.

I put in “los angeles” AND 405 and it got me 12 articles. Now you may use different terms, so you may get different results. But go at it and hopefully
you will be successful.
