As part of the UCLA Library’s new Stress-Busters for Students program, 2-hour drop-in yoga sessions will be held in the first floor of Charles E. Young Research Library, between the Lobby Gallery and the central stairwell. These sessions are open to all UCLA students, staff and faculty. There will be some yoga mats available, but participants are encouraged to bring their own. The scheduled times for yoga sessions are:
Monday June 11: 2 – 4 p.m.
Tuesday June 12: 2 – 4 p.m.
Wednesday June 13: 2 – 4 p.m.
No reservations are needed; participants can stop by anytime during any session and stay as long as they’d like. This program is a joint venture between the UCLA Library and UCLA Fitwell.
