Doctoral Recital: Alison Spieth

Doctoral graduate student and violist Alison Spieth will present a selection of lively late eighteenth-century duos for violin and viola. Her program will include works by Joseph Haydn, his younger brother Michael Haydn, and two legendary duos by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. Special guest violinists include Eriko Tsuji, Leila Nassar-Fredell, and Ji Young An as well as UCLA Professor Guillaume Sutre, first violinist of the Ysaÿe Quartet. This recital is presented in partial fulfillment of the requirements for the doctor of musical arts degree.

Free and open to the public.
