Music in the Rotunda

This concert, under the direction of Sami Asmar, will feature poetry reading to music from the works of Gibran Kahlil Gibran intertwined with romantic and spiritual songs from Gibran’s homeland of Lebanon. With featured guest artist UCLA Department of Ethnomusicology Professor A.J. Racy.
The rotunda is on the second floor of the Powell Library Building, which is directly across from Royce Hall. Admission to the concerts is free, and seating is unreserved.
