Top use this output style in Zotero, you need to download the CSE style from Zotero's style repository (http://www.zotero.org/styles) and then install it. If you have questions about installing output styles or using them after install, I'd suggest reading or contacting the Zotero forums (http://forums.zotero.org/categories/), where they have many more experienced Zotero users to assist you.
