Universal Search Tool Survey

The UCLA Library has begun a long-term project to design a universal search tool, which will enable users to simultaneously search across library holdings including print items, electronic materials, digital projects, Web pages, and other resources.

User input regarding expectations and search preferences is essential to help design a tool that meets the research and instructional objectives of UCLA students, faculty, and staff.  Please take a brief survey to help project managers develop a comprehensive picture of what is important to users.

It should take ten to fifteen minutes to complete the survey.  Please complete the survey by February 15, 2008.  As a small thank you, eligible users who complete the survey can enter a drawing for a $100 ASUCLA gift card. The Library will announce the winner on February 29, 2008.

More information on the survey, eligibility requirements for the gift card, and a link to the survey can be found on the Universal Search Tool Survey website.
